Dropped Kerb Guide is run by Michael. The best way to reach us is by email: info@droppedkerbguide.co.uk. We don't have a phone line, and there are no forms on this site.
What to email us about
- Corrections. If a fee, rule or link on our site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page it's on and include a link to the official council, GOV.UK, legislation.gov.uk or nidirect page that shows the correct information. We check every correction against that source before we change anything.
- Press and research. Journalists and researchers can ask about our council fee data and how we collect it. Our methodology explains how every figure is checked, and the fees by council league table shows the date each row was checked.
- Questions about the site. For example a broken link or a page that doesn't display properly.
What we can't help with
- We can't tell you whether your application will be approved or give planning, legal or engineering advice. Only your council (your highway authority) can decide. Find your council to get its official contact details and application page.
- We don't recommend contractors, give quotes or pass your details to anyone.
