- A second vehicle access to the same property isn't permitted.
- Accesses onto lay-bys or next to traffic calming such as speed humps aren't permitted.
- Moving street furniture or lighting, where possible, is at your cost.
- In Corby and Wellingborough, many grassed areas aren't public highway: you need the council's permission to cross them.
