Who builds dropped kerbs in Torfaen?

Torfaen gives consent but doesn't arrange or pay for the works. Any work in the highway must be done by an Approved Term Contractor licensed to work in the highway and carrying public liability insurance; a list of these contractors comes with your consent.

Vehicle crossings in Wales come under section 184 of the Highways Act 1980, as in England, but permitted development rights are set by the Welsh Government, so England's planning guidance doesn't apply.
