Who builds dropped kerbs in Moray?
In Moray a road opening permit covers dropped kerbs. You apply with the correct fee before any digging, and your contractor must hold public liability insurance and a current SWQR card; the council attaches an abridged list of contractors it knows meet this, though others may be available.
